XMEN needed a new label design for their family package of shampoo products: fire, water, metal and wood. Within the package, they included their upcoming natural range of shampoo products being: macadamia & mint variant and tea tree oil & mint variant. 

The target audience were young men within the age range of 15 - 23+ years old. The lockup and label design calls for consistency for the entire family range.

[the approach]

Recognizing the target age range being close or within Gen Z, the theme that was picked up were in the terms of bold, lively, colorful and energetic. Amongst the youth, these terms seem to be relevant within the generation one way or another. In a way, we wanted to showcase a more "energized" approach within XMEN's label design.
